Alexander Kanavin 4684382844 sysvinit: take release tarballs from github
Upstream no longer publishes them on savannah, e.g.
release announcement for 3.10:

Richard Purdie 0ea63b6a43 recipes: Update WORKDIR references to UNPACKDIR
Since we want to be able to stop unpacking to WORKDIR, correct the WORKDIR
references in recipe do_compile/do_install tasks to use UNPACKDIR in the
appropraite places instead.

Khem Raj ad645dc8b2 sysvinit: Include libgen.h for basename API
This fixes build with latest musl which drops basename declaration API from string.h
