Richard Purdie bb6ddc3691 Convert to new override syntax 
This is the result of automated script conversion:

scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py <oe-core directory>

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Richard Purdie fdcdd64edd python3-pycryptodome/pycryptodomex: upgrade 3.9.9 -> 3.10.1 
The license file dropped the APL-2 pieces but this wasn't in LICENSE
in the first place, no code seemed to refer to it so no change was
needed.
