Tim Orling 3b9dbfb5c6 python3-attrs: skip test failing with pytest-8 
tests/test_funcs.py test_unknown test case is failing with
pytest 8. Skip it for now until upstream has a fix.

Tim Orling d04ed37fa7 python3-attrs: enable ptest 
The conftest.py file is needed to define the "slots" and "frozen" fixtures
for pytest
