Ross Burton f111c2a120 python-*: don't set PYPI_ARCHIVE_NAME and S when PYPI_PACKAGE is sufficient 
There's no need to explicitly set PYPI_ARCHIVE_NAME and S when
PYPI_PACKAGE is set correctly.
