Richard Purdie 7769b1f3fa python3-cryptography-vectors: Fix reproducibility 
We regenerate the pycache files and the checksums in the manifest are incorrect.
Remove them to avoid this and ensure reproducibility.

Tim Orling c47a786251 python3-cryptography-vectors: from meta-python 
Dependency for python3-cryptography ptest.

This recipe needs to be kept in lock-step with the version of
python3-cryptography.
