Richard Purdie 1b1d6708dd Revert "bitbake.conf: Add sdl-config to HOSTTOOLS if using host SDL" ...

This clearly wasn't tested as the correct variable is ASSUME_PROVIDED.

This reverts commit 91cee06433.
