Mazliana d76ab279e6 oeqa/manual/bsp-hw.json: add non-IA tests ...

QA team found that 10 manual bsp test cases from Testopia for
Beaglebone, EdgeRouter, and MPC need to be up streamed

[YOCTO #12650]
