arm/trusted-firmware-a: remove forcing of gcc for qemuarm-secureboot
clang is now working for qemuarm-secureboot. Remove the forcing of gcc and clean-up a white space issue. Signed-off-by: Jon Mason <jon.mason@arm.com>
