arm-systemready/linux-distros: Follow WORKDIR -> UNPACKDIR transition

Browse Source 
This adapts to the oe-core rework to enforce a separate directory
for unpacking local sources (UNPACKDIR) instead of polluting WORKDIR
directly.

Follows the guidelines from:
