Upstream oe-core is preparing to be the Hardknott release, so add
hardknott to our compatible release list.
Once hardknott is public we should remove gatesgarth.

Gem5 xen support in meta-arm-autonomy moved to meta-gem5 under
dynamic-layers/meta-virtualization. Any dependencies on 'arm-autonomy-host'
or 'arm-autonomy-guest' in DISTRO_FEATURES replaced with 'xen'.

The n1sdp has been upgraded to the linux-yocto 5.10 kernel in
meta-arm-bsp, but Xen + PREEMPT_RT is currently broken in 5.10, so
autonomy builds cannot upgrade.
Therefore, move the linux-linaro-arm configuration and recipes to
meta-arm-autonomy as they are now only required for autonomy
builds.

meta-openembedded/meta-networking layer. This patch adds the explicit
dependency.

Without exceptional justification there is no good reason for layers to
have a priority other than 5, to match oe-core. If a layer has a
priority higher than oe-core's then recipes in that layer take immediate
preference over those in oe-core and there's no simple way to resolve
this as that is exactly what is meant to happen.
As a concrete example, meta-arm-bsp contains older releases of U-Boot
for platforms that have not yet moved to the latest release in oe-core.
As the priority of meta-arm-bsp is higher, simply adding this layer to a
qemuarm build will immediately downgrade u-boot.
As there is no exceptional justification for the differing priorities,
unify on 5.

* Documentation about how to customize the wic image for N1SDP
* Introduce a custom wks and grub.cfg file for N1SP when building with
`DISTRO_FEATURES += "arm-autonomy-host"` to include Xen artefacts and boot
option.
* Introduce a mechanism to include extra global settings for machines defined
in meta-arm-bsp when building with `DISTRO_FEATURES += "arm-autonomy-host"`.

modifications in meta-virtualization
- add xen to IMAGE_EXTRADEPENDS to build xen binary when build
autonomy-host-image
- switch arm64-autonomy-machine to use Linux 5.4
- remove trace patch for xen as meta-virtualization is now using a xen
release which has this fixed
- rework xen bbappends to adapt to changes done in xen recipes

Create a new distribution feature to enable functionalities for autonomy
host systems:
- enable xen and ipv4 in distribution features
- enable xen backend drivers in Linux kernel using a kmeta feature
For the feature to work properly, create a class inherited when the
layer is included to enable required parameters
