Gem5 xen support in meta-arm-autonomy moved to meta-gem5 under
dynamic-layers/meta-virtualization. Any dependencies on 'arm-autonomy-host'
or 'arm-autonomy-guest' in DISTRO_FEATURES replaced with 'xen'.

The n1sdp has been upgraded to the linux-yocto 5.10 kernel in
meta-arm-bsp, but Xen + PREEMPT_RT is currently broken in 5.10, so
autonomy builds cannot upgrade.
Therefore, move the linux-linaro-arm configuration and recipes to
meta-arm-autonomy as they are now only required for autonomy
builds.

Only set PREFERRED_PROVIDER_virtual/kernel in arm-autonomy to

This patch adds support for lzma compressed kernel,
by setting KERNEL_ALT_IMAGETYPE to 'Image.lzma' and
adding additional decompression step during u-boot boot stage.
U-boot automatic Image decompression cannot be used here,
because if xen binary is the target of 'booti' command,
Image is not being decompressed neither by u-boot nor by xen.
Lzma compression is supported in u-boot with 'lzmadec' command,
and does not require setting additional dependencies inside kernel recipe.

For N1SDP as arm-autonomy-host, when alternate-kernel DISTRO_FEATURE is present
we set, as GRUB config, the arm-autonomy-n1sdp-rt-grub.cfg which includes
additional entries for booting with the PREEMPT_RT kernel.

For N1SDP as arm-autonomy-host, when alternate-kernel DISTRO_FEATURE is present
we build the linux-linaro-arm-rt (with PREEMPT_RT support) by setting it as the
PREFERRED_PROVIDER_alternate/kernel. As required, we set the
KERNEL_PACKAGE_NAME_pn-linux-linaro-arm-rt to kernel-rt.
Also, include the alternate kernel binary as Image-preempt-rt in the boot
partition of the generated wic image by setting the IMAGE_EFI_BOOT_FILES
variable.

Moved assignments of the form:
MYVAR_$MACHINE ?= "val"
to a machine specific .inc file, as the above will still set the
value when the base variable has been set in local.conf, e.g:
MYVAR = "local_val"
despite the weak assignment.

make define setting in xen/arch/arm/Rules.mk to the Kconfig infrastructure.
Hence, we need to make usage of config fragments to add this option to the
supported machines.

For N1SDP the wic image partition layout have the /dev/sda1 as the boot
partition and /dev/sda2 as the rootfs partition.
To reflect this, we need to update the XEN_DEVICETREE_DOM0_BOOTARGS to
set the "root=" command line parameter to /dev/sda2.

The N1SDP machine now uses the dtb generated by the tf-a recipe and for
now we are only interested in the single-chip mode.
The xen-n1sdp.dtsi needs to be updated by adding the extra
'soc' root path to have the dtc being enable to process the
nodes customizations.

Introduce the private/internal network support for xenguest by using NAT
and applying the proper iptables rules to allow the guest to have access
to the external network.
The XENGUEST_NETWORK_TYPE variable was introduced to allow the user to
setup the xenguest network type between "bridge" (default), "nat" and
"none".

The do_deploy task depends on xen-devicetree:do_deploy in order to
include the generated xen dtbs in the firmware image.
To avoid dependency loop between firmware-image-juno:do_install,
xen:do_deploy and xen-devicetree:do_deploy when
INITRAMFS_IMAGE_BUNDLE = "1", we need to handle the xen and
xen-devicetree binaries copying in the do_deploy task.
Also Use OVERRIDES to minimize the usage of
"@bb.utils.contains('DISTRO_FEATURES', 'xen', ..."
