python3-snagboot: Upgrade 2.0 -> 2.1

Upgrade to release 2.1:

treewide:
- make Kivy dependency optional by introducing a new "gui" package
  extra feature

snagflash:
- correct file offset computations in MMC flashing procedure

snagrecover:
- add support for STMicroelectronics STM32MP25 SoCs
- add support for Xilinx ZynqMP SoCs
