gnome-font-viewer: upgrade 42.0 -> 43.0

Fonts 43.beta comes with a new "About" button in the main window and the
following translation updates:
 - Abkhazian
 - Dutch
 - Friulian
 - Georgian
 - Hebrew
 - Icelandic
 - Italian
 - Latvian

 - Turkish
