python3-autobahn: Upgrade 20.4.3 -> 20.6.2

Upgrade to release 20.6.2:

- fix: xbr fixes
- fix: use cpy 3.8 for running flake in CI
- new: Ticket1392 internal attrs
- new: internal-only router attributes and hook for router to add
  custom information
