coremark-pro: Upgrade the LICENSE format

Upgrade the LICENSE format and don't use the old syntax. Fixes:

WARNING: coremark-pro: LICENSE is using an old syntax and should be
upgraded to: "Apache-2.0 AND LicenseRef-EEMBC-AUA"
