meta-oe: update benchmark patch metadata

Add missing Signed-off-by tags to benchmark package patches and
update Upstream-Status annotations where appropriate.

Mark the coremark-pro toolchain override patch as OE-specific
cross-compilation support, update the unixbench patch to reflect
that it is needed for the OpenEmbedded runtime packaging model,
and add the missing Signed-off-by tag to the wrk2 patch.
