ipc-run: fix do_fetch failure, upstream renamed default branch to main

toddr/IPC-Run no longer has a "master" branch (renamed to "main" some
time ago), so do_fetch fails even though the pinned SRCREV commit
still exists upstream:

  ERROR: ipc-run-20260402.0-r0 do_fetch: Fetcher failure: Unable to
  find revision a8232b0a3e0e713696bf6bb8f970c561d0fe3d8f in branch
  master even from upstream

Confirmed a8232b0a3e0e713696bf6bb8f970c561d0fe3d8f ("Bump version to
20260402.0 for release to CPAN") is present on the "main" branch.
Point SRC_URI at branch=main instead.

Verified via cleansstate rebuild: fetch/unpack/build/package all
succeed.
