xwud: upgrade 1.0.6 -> 1.0.7

- Accept --help & --version as aliases to -help & -version
- Replace strcpy+strcat calls with snprintf
- Call free() instead of XFree() on pointers returned by malloc()
- Add missing checks for malloc failure
