This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

I've seen it with dunfell and gatesgarth, but master has the same
ADD_GERRIT_COMMIT_HOOK function (just in newer ceres-solver release),
so probably needs the same.

By default ceres-solver provides a static library and headers.
This change removes an empty package and sets an implicit dependency
on dev and dbg packages.
