Update the defconfig to use more linux default settings. Most
settings are imported from the get_started.defconfig from the source
repository. This includes the following changes:
- use libc based malloc, string, sprintf
- use OS based pthread implementation
- include fonts
- include performance monitor
- remove CONFIG_LV_MEM_SIZE_KILOBYTES, not necessary when using libc
memory management
- set refresh period to 16 ms (60 FPS max)
- increase LV_DRAW_LAYER_SIMPLE_BUF_SIZE and LV_DRAW_THREAD_STACK_SIZE

Update the defconfig to use Linux default settings. Settings are taken
from the linux.defconfig from the source repository. This includes the
following changes:
- use libc based malloc, string, sprintf. Using libc based memory
allocation eliminates the risk that the lvgl application runs out of
memory because of fixed internal memory size.
- use OS based pthread implementation
- set refresh period to 16 ms (60 FPS max)

LuaJIT's build compiles minilua and buildvm and runs them, and buildvm
must have the target's pointer size. For a 32 bit target the recipe adds
-m32 to the build compiler, which only exists on x86, so on any other
build host (e.g. AArch64) the build fails.
On those hosts, build the helpers with the target compiler and run them
under qemu-user. x86 build hosts keep -m32 unchanged.

The DRM framebuffer was made the size of the source rect while SRC_X and
SRC_Y place that rect inside the frame. With panscan or a crop the rect
reaches past the framebuffer, the atomic commit fails with ENOSPC and the
plane stays dark. The patch, Upstream-Status: Pending, makes the
framebuffer the size of the frame.

With the OpenGL render API (vo_libmpv) every frame left a fence behind
that nothing cleaned up. On v3d each one holds a sync file, so after about
a minute of video the process ran into the open file limit and the

Now that oe-core moved to OpenSSL 4.0, the engine API is gone.
As a result uboot-mkimage's -N/--engine no longer work:
Failed to sign 'signature-1' signature node in 'conf-imx6dl-riotboard.dtb' conf node
uboot-mkimage Can't add hashes to FIT blob: -1
Error: Bad parameters for FIT image type
Usage: uboot-mkimage [-T type] -l image
-l ==> list image header information
-T ==> parse image file as 'type'
-q ==> quiet
A previous patch documented how provider-based PKCS#11 signing works.
Now make an engine option in FITIMAGE_MKIMAGE_EXTRA_ARGS a fatal error. It
has no effect anymore, so a recipe still setting it has not been
migrated; failing with a clear message beats mkimage's generic error
messages above.

Document the provider-based setup instead: signing_create_uri_pem() wraps
the role's PKCS#11 URI in a PEM file that OpenSSL loads like a key file and
resolves through the PKCS#11 provider configured by signing_prepare().
mkimage looks for a key in
${FITIMAGE_SIGN_KEYDIR}/${FITIMAGE_SIGN_KEYNAME}.key, so store it there.
This way the existing mkimage invocations do not need to be touched.

The pypi class has slightly changed the semantics of the PYPI_PACKAGE
variable[1], now PYPI_PACKAGE is the normalised package name and the new
variable PYPI_PACKAGE_SDIST is used when the source tarball doesn't match.
Update recipes as appropriate: this is mostly deleting now-redundant
assignments but some assignments are still needed where packages are not
uploaded using the modern standards.

libfuse 3.18.3 replaced its pytest based tests with shell test cases
driven by test/run-tests.py, so the pytest based run-ptest collected no
tests at all.
- Run test/run-tests.py from run-ptest and turn its result lines into
ptest PASS/FAIL/SKIP lines. Use a run directory under the canonical
/tmp, since some test filesystems mirror the real tree and cannot
follow the /var/tmp symlink.
- Install fuse_config.h, which the runner reads from the build tree.
- Replace the pytest dependencies with the python3 modules the runner
uses, and add coreutils and util-linux-losetup for dd status=none and
losetup --show, which busybox does not support.
- Do not print strerror(0) in test_syscalls, musl's "No error
information" is flagged as suspicious output by the runner.
All 87 tests now run on qemux86-64 musl: 80 pass, 7 skip.

The do_compile() step removes flags from the kernel Makefile
before building the selftests.
On older kernels (pre-5.12), -mrecord-mcount is guarded by a
cc-option probe:
ifeq ($(call cc-option-yn,-mrecord-mcount),y)
CC_FLAGS_FTRACE += -mrecord-mcount
endif
Previously, the sed expression matched mrecord-mcount regardless
of its context in the line. This removed both the flag assignment
and the ifeq guard, leaving an orphaned endif and causing the
selftest build to fail.
Anchor the expression on += so that the sed only removes flag
assignments, giving us more precise control over which Makefile
lines are deleted.
Apply the same adjustment to the -Wno-alloc-size-larger-than
expressions for consistency.

Notable user-visible changes:
- Attempting to set zero parallel streams is no longer allowed.
- Zerocopy and rx-copy are now allowed in the case of reverse
direction tests and the server (sending side) supports these
features but the client (receiving side) does not.
- The limit on GSO_MAX_DG_IN_BF was fixed to limit the number of segments
to the maximum allowed. This change unbreaks GSO for small message sizes.

Update nushell from 0.114.1 to 0.116.0.
Highlights across v0.115.0 - v0.116.0:
Breaking changes:
- YAML support reworked on serde-saphyr/granit-parser: defaults to YAML 1.2
(use --spec 1.1 for old behavior), proper tag support, multi-document
streams, anchors/aliases/merge keys, stricter mapping keys
- Parser keywords can no longer be shadowed (e.g. `def def [] {}` errors)
- The `nu` binary no longer ships with `--testbin`
- Removed `idx import`/`idx export`; `idx init` is now the single way to
build the in-memory index
- Unified custom completions: one shared input/output model across
parameter, command-wide, external completers and menu sources; existing
custom completers/menu sources may need updating. Removed the global
`background-completions` option (use the `@interactive` attribute)
- `to yaml`/`to yml` `--compact-list-indent` replaced with `--list-indent`
Features:
- New `$ans` reserved variable holding the last REPL result (output,
duration, exit code, command); `$ans.last` opt-in via
$env.config.max_last_result_size
- New Helix/Kakoune-style `helix` edit mode
- New `matrix` custom value type with 21 subcommands (ndarray-backed)
- New `tui` command family to build interactive terminal UIs from a pipeline
- `nu --dap` starts a Debug Adapter Protocol server for debugging scripts
- KDL v1/v2 support and JSON-in-KDL output for `from kdl`/`to kdl`
- Comparison operators and loose parsing for `semver` values
- More interactive `tutor` lessons (shortcuts, $env, custom commands,
pipeline input, if/match/where)
- `any`/`all` accept row conditions like `where`; `--include` for
`take while`/`take until`; `hash sha512`; `mkdir --fail-if-exists`;
`save --force` creates parent dirs; `update cells --recursive`;
named-flag null omit/pass-through and record spread into named flags
Bugfixes:
- Numerous fixes to try/catch/finally ordering, completions, YAML float
token parsing, format date locales, tables, and more

Upgrade considerations:
- If you're parsing the nodename as received by connect_cb,
stats_cb, ssl_cert_verify_cb or throttle_cb, make sure you're
correctly parsing it following RFC 3986. Metadata API calls
are unaffected: they return the host and port as separate
fields.
- Make sure the brokers' certificates carry the IP in an
iPAddress entry, not a dNSName entry. Previously the
certificate was validated against dNSName (falling back to the
subject CN) whenever the address could not be parsed as an IP
literal: with OpenSSL < 3.0 or BoringSSL for any IP address,
and on all OpenSSL versions for an IPv6 address configured in
brackets in bootstrap.servers ([::1]:9092), which never
verified. A scoped address (fe80::1%eth0) was likewise
dNSName-matched on every version and now has the zone
stripped before matching. IPv6 addresses ending in :: could
not be connected to at all, as the nodename became host:::port
and failed name resolution. In the remaining cases, a bare
IPv4 or IPv6 literal on OpenSSL >= 3.0, the iPAddress entry
was already used, and behaviour is unchanged.
