WARNING:
Some of the context lines in patches were ignored. This can lead to incorrectly applied patches.
The context lines in the patches can be updated with devtool:

    devtool modify <recipe>
    devtool finish --force-patch-refresh <recipe> <layer_path>

Then the updated patches and the source tree (in devtool's workspace)
should be reviewed to make sure the patches apply in the correct place
and don't introduce duplicate lines (which can, and does happen
when some of the context is ignored). Further information:

Yang Lyu ed70b4f91f dbus-broker: Add recipe
DBus-broker is a drop-in replacement for dbus-daemon. It is an implementation of a message
bus as defined by the D-Bus specification. Its aim is to provide high performance and
reliability, while keeping compatibility to the D-Bus reference implementation.

0001-Comment-rst2man-related-stuff.patch avoids using rst2man.

0002-Correct-including-directory-for-conf.patch fixs path computation for <include> node.
The patch should be dropped when a newer version of dbus-broker that includes commit:
    https://github.com/bus1/dbus-broker/commit/9af79016f0f6b1ee60779bc6dc4acd7b4b9e6c70

Martin Jansa 6b16608c44 tcpdump: refresh patches
WARNING: tcpdump-4.9.2-r0 do_patch:
Some of the context lines in patches were ignored. This can lead to incorrectly applied patches.
The context lines in the patches can be updated with devtool:

    devtool modify <recipe>
    devtool finish --force-patch-refresh <recipe> <layer_path>

Then the updated patches and the source tree (in devtool's workspace)
should be reviewed to make sure the patches apply in the correct place
and don't introduce duplicate lines (which can, and does happen
when some of the context is ignored). Further information:

Andre McCurdy 8a54026a23 hostapd: fix LICENSE + misc recipe updates
According to the COPYING file in the top level of the hostapd source
tree, hostapd was re-licensed from dual BSD/GPLv2 to BSD only in
February 2012. This change has apparently gone unnoticed for the
past 6 years, but fix it now.

Also use pkg-config to find libnl headers (instead of hardcoding),
append to base do_configure (instead of over-riding), respect OE's
default CFLAGS (instead of ignoring) and make some minor formatting
tweaks to bring the recipe more in line with the OE Styleguide.

Anuj Mittal 0d052a48c9 php: add opcache extension to PACKAGECONFIG
OPcache improves PHP performance by storing precompiled script bytecode
in shared memory, thereby removing the need for PHP to load and parse
scripts on each request [1].

Add an option to enable opcache in php. AC_CHECK_FUNC isn't suitable for a
cross-compile environment, so pass the configure options instead to force
dlopen detection that is necessary to have extension support enabled.

On a standard phpbench test, I see a performance improvement of > 40%.

did not take into account that the location of the tests changed in
the 'build' directory as part of the new release. Updating to use the
