with 5.10 it builds bpf-bootstrap tool and then tries to run it as well
which wont work in cross builds. Disable it until it can be make cross
compile friendly.

New autoconf is stricter about aux files therefore bring them from
libtool native as they can not go missing anymore

since libsrtp does not run automake, it does not get to add missing
files e.g. ar-lib macro file which is needed during autoreconf,
therefore copy this file from native automake to use here

New autconf detects that NSC_LDFLAGS are hardcoded to use -L/usr/lib
therefore edit these variables during build so that they have
cross-compile friendly values when net-snmp-config is used during build
of dependent packages

This works fine until valgrind is installed on build host but its not
selected as option to build in recipe, configure wrongly pokes at
/usr/lib and sees valgrind there and enables it but only to fail in
compile time where it does not find valgrind.h in recipe sysroot, since
OE's build environment add right guardrails to pkgconfig, there is no
need to add build staging area to pkgconfig search path which turns out
to be wrong for cross builds anyway

Collected errors:
* check_data_file_clashes: Package chrony wants to install file /var/log
But that file is already provided by package * base-files
Remove CVE patch since its upstream

instrumentation code uses atomic ops on 64bit variables, which leads to build
failures on 32bit targets using libtorrent because of missing builtins on

/usr/lib/libtorrent.so: undefined reference to `__sync_fetch_and_and_8'
