Avoid buildpath error:
QA Issue: File /usr/lib/rsyslog/ptest/tests/.deps/liboverride_getaddrinfo_la-override_getaddrinfo.Plo
These .deps directories are created at configure time and mainly used
in an interactive development environment. Remove test/.deps to eliminate
the error.
Drop: use-pkgconfig-to-check-libgcrypt.patch
since it's implemented upstream by:
85e03c0e8 Replace libgcrypt-config with pkg-config
8ba35bf6c Add missing libraries to pkg-config call
as per: https://github.com/rsyslog/rsyslog/pull/5406/commits
For musl, drop: 0001-Include-sys-time-h.patch
which oddly doesn't seem to be required to build any of: qemux86-64, qemuarm64,
and qemuarm.
Rebase other patches as needed.
ptest results for qemux86-64/kvm with extra FS space and 2 GB RAM:
Version | Total | Passed | Failed | Skipped
8.2506 | 485 | 479 | 0 | 6
8.2510 | 497 | 491 | 0 | 6
rsyslog works when built with musl but there are lots of ptest failures:
Version | Total | Passed | Failed | Skipped
8.2506 | 485 | 306 | 172 | 7
8.2510 | 497 | 310 | 180 | 7
Note that with this update the results are similarily bad. If someone is
interested and has time, they can work on improving the musl ptest results.

Release notes:
https://github.com/syslog-ng/syslog-ng/releases/tag/syslog-ng-4.8.1https://github.com/syslog-ng/syslog-ng/releases/tag/syslog-ng-4.8.0
Update the syslog-ng.conf.[systemd|sysvinit] files to align with
upstream's 4.8 version. This involved changing from stats_freq(0)
to stats(freq(0)) to avoid:
> WARNING: Your configuration file uses an obsoleted keyword, ...
as was done in:
2d3a8c783 packaging: Update the sample Debian config to not throw warning
The comments and the greater authentication/encryption defaults kept.
Note that the latter are comment lines.
Also kept a line from the 'Sources' section:
file("/proc/kmsg" program_override("kernel"));
but it's not clear if that's needed. It was in the original meta-oe version of
the file from 2018, version 3.15 but not the upstream syslog-ng-3.15.1.
With systemd enabled using poky-altcfg, there's a warning:
/etc/tmpfiles.d/syslog-ng.conf:1:
Line references path below legacy directory /var/run/,
updating /var/run/syslog-ng → /run/syslog-ng;
please update the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.
but that was present in the previous version and I won't take time
to fix it right now since systemd + syslog-ng isn't a common combination.

Change the tarball suffix since the project now only provides .gz files.

libee had been used by rsyslog but the library never relly panned out.
It has been declared to be obsolete:
Early versions of rsyslog and liblognorm used it for representing structured content.
However, this is long gone. We do not know of any other user. So libee should be of
no further interest and is provided here solely for historical reasons.

Switch the SRC_URI branch from master to stable-1.1
The 1.1.5 version was actually a bit ahead of that tag but
the ChangeLog comment for the two releases are:
Thu Feb 23 2023 Andreas Schneider <asn@cryptomilk.org>
* cmocka version 1.1.7
* Update ignore list for source tarball generation
Fri Feb 16 2023 Andreas Schneider <asn@cryptomilk.org>
* cmocka version 1.1.6
* Added new assert macros to compare 2 double given an epsilon
* Added meson build system
* Added header with version to TAP13 output
* Fixed issues with MSVC
* Fixed TAP output for skipped tests
* Fixed issue with fail_msg
* CMake generated configs for find_package(cmocka)
* Documentation improvements
CMake still seems to be the default build tool based on Install.md
so use that rather than the shiny Meson system.
One test, test_cmockery, was added so now there are 23 passing ptests.

Add PACKAGECONFIG to enable dropping capabilities but leave it as disabled
to follow upstream and avoid a systemd issue described below.
rsyslog-8.2302 added a configure option to drop capabilities from
full to:
chown, dac_override, setgid, setuid, setpcap, net_bind_service,
net_admin, ipc_lock, sys_chroot, sys_admin, sys_resource, lease,
syslog, block_suspend
This works fine and passes ptests with sysvinit however
there is a bug when using systemd that breaks some tests:
https://github.com/rsyslog/rsyslog/issues/5091
Therefore only add a non-default PACKAGECONFIG option in keeping
with the rsyslog upstream.
One can install libcap-ng-bin to run pscap to see the capabilities.
Without this option the ptest result with systemd as init is:

not have internationalization support in glibc, configure
fails with the error:
autoreconf: failed to run autopoint: No such file or directory
autopoint is part of gettext so add that native dependency.
This must happen transitively for builds using a regular configuration
of glibc.

With opencv-3.2, the configuration detects if the target supports
half-precision floating-point format. This fails to compile for some
Intel targets such as skylake with an error such as:
error: '_mm_cvtph_ps' was not declared in this scope
The configuration used to work in opencv-3.1 so revert two commits to
drop the FP16 detection even though it may make opencv slower.
The only change in the configure log is:
- FP16: Compiler support is available
+ FP16: Compiler support is not available
The patch should be dropped when a newer version of opencv that includes commit:
https://github.com/opencv/opencv/commit/e5d9b608c47d54e43496041595025fa282fa9de5
is available. Backporting that fix was complicated.

Add support for the acl DISTRO_FEATURE using PACKAGECONFIG
Inherit pkgconfig since zile-2.4.11 uses that to find bdwgc (aka libgc).

As the package maintainer said, this is mostly a release with:
"the huge amount of critical bug fixes brought to the library since 2 years"
The full list of bugs fixed and other changes is here:
https://github.com/uclouvain/openjpeg/blob/openjpeg-2.1/CHANGELOG.md
The homepage link was broken so that was fixed.
The project also moved to github and does not appear
to provide tarballs other than via github archives so
the SRC_URI was updated.
An explicit dependency on zlib was added even though cmake was finding
the sysroot version.

The copyright end year update made the LICENSE file checksum change.
That line is in the middle of the file so the license checksum
has been updated rather than specifying two ranges of lines.
