Upgrade to release 1.4.0:
- core.ObjectIdentifier and all derived classes now obey X.660 §7.6
and thus restrict the first arc to 0 to 2, and the second arc to
less than 40 if the first arc is 0 or 1. This also fixes parsing
of OIDs where the first arc is 2 and the second arc is greater
than 39.
- Fixed keys.PublicKeyInfo.bit_size to return an int rather than a
float on Python 3 when working with elliptic curve keys
- Fixed the asn1crypto-tests sdist on PyPi to work properly to
generate a .whl

>From mariadb 10.5.1, it starts to use pcre2 [1] which is the bundled
libpre2 by default. If using the bundled one, it will fetch, unpack
and build the libpcre2 during mariadb do_compile phase as mariadb uses
the bundled libpcre2 as an external project, more details in [2].
To avoid downloading the libpcre2 source from website during mariadb
do_compile phase, switch to use the system libpcre2.

Upgrade to release 4.5.2:

can be set.

Upgrade to release 0.17.4 with the following bug fixes:
- Test: On Python 3.8, upgraded the minimum version of lxml from
4.4.1 to 4.4.3, in order to fix an XMLSyntaxError raised when
encountering UCS-4 characters.
- Test: Fixed issue with Swig when installing M2Crypto on native
Windows in the Appveyor CI, reporting mssing files swig.swg and
python.swg. This was fixed by pinning the swig version to 4.0.1.

It fails to compile rdist occasionally when system load of build server
is high:

Make $(COMMONOBJS) which include common.o to depends on related header files

Normally monit create its temporary files in $HOME directory.
In case the rootfs is mounted as read-only, monit will not operate.
This patch set monit configuration to store these files in /var/run

DC LDAP Server with ASQ, VLV and paged_results.
CVE-2020-10745: Parsing and packing of NBT and DNS packets can consume
excessive CPU
CVE-2020-10760: LDAP Use-after-free in Samba AD DC Global Catalog with
paged_results and VLV.
CVE-2020-14303: Empty UDP packet DoS in Samba AD DC nbtd.
Also backport 3 patches to fix build error with musl.
