Leon Anavi 661fad97c0 python3-keras-preprocessing: Upgrade 1.1.0 -> 1.1.2 ...

Switch to pypi. Upgrade to release 1.1.2:

- Allow zoom_range to be int or int tuple
- Make sure image iterator classes subclass the tf.keras
  Sequence class if it is available
- Minor optimization and dtype check
