Kai Kang 00015bef8b xfce4-session: 4.13.2 -> 4.13.3

* remove dependency dbus-glib which is replaced by gdbus already
* remove dependency gtk+ that gtk+3 is used right now
* clean items in DEPENDS which are imported indirectly by libxfce4ui
