Leon Anavi 000648e968 python3-pyppmd: Enable tests 
Inherit ptest and include tests for pyppmd.

Add a patch to fix SIGABRT OutputBuffer_Grow() from
src/ext/_ppmdmodule.c which was detected with the tests.
