Leon Anavi 05c860d60e python3-jsonrpcserver: Upgrade 4.1.3 -> 4.2.0

Upgrade to release 4.2.0:

- Add ability to use custom serializer and deserializer
- Add ability to use custom method name
- Deny additional parameters in json-rpc request
