Yi Zhao 0b83551ff2 audit: remove empty directory

Remove empty directory when enable multilib.

Fixes:
ERROR: audit-4.0.3-r0 do_package: QA Issue: audit: Files/directories
were installed but not shipped in any package:
 /usr/lib
