Point release. SRC_URI[sha256sum] filled in for the new tarball. Refreshed 0001-Provide-strtod_l-signature-on-non-glibc-linux-musl-systems.patch: 2.8.144 widened the same guard lines with its own opt-in WITH_MUSL/WITH_POSIX_*_R macros (which this recipe never defines), so the patch's automatic __GLIBC__ detection is still needed on top and was rebased onto the new line numbers and macro list.
