Andreas Müller 13aaa29a73 libgdata: Change PACKAGECONFIG defaults 
* goa is required by upcoming gnome-photos
* both consumers of libgdata (evolution-data-server/gnome-photos) depend on
  gtk+3 anyway -> no extra payload
