Khem Raj 1c8afeed17 fribidi: Fix build with security flags turned on 
Clang complains like below

|       DBG ("warning: could not find a mapping for CapRTL to Unicode:");

Therefore quick fix is to remove FORTIFY_SOURCE from cmdline
