gnome-user-share is written in Rust now, built by cargo from meson. Fetch from git (the 48.x releases are on the gnome-48 branch) with the crates from gnome-user-share-crates.inc, and set up cargo the way papers and loupe do. Add a patch that passes the target triple from a cross file property to cargo and picks the binary from the per-target directory (Upstream-Status: Pending). Drop the libc feature test macro patch, the C code is gone.
