Leon Anavi 2d9884f858 python3-padatious: Upgrade 0.4.7 -> 0.4.8 
Upgrade to release 0.4.8:

- Add support for saving / loading models
- Handle apostrophes in a better way

Change LIC_FILES_CHKSUM due to repo restructure and update of
README.md. The license remains the same.
