Bartosz Golaszewski 3018b3af38 libgpiod: ptest: only rrecommend a single module that we need

We don't need to pull in all kernel modules. It's enough to just
rrecommend gpio-mockup.

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core
with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer
