Martin Jansa 3341f96372 polkit-gnome: remove unrecognized configure options

* fixes following QA warnings:
  polkit-gnome-0.102: polkit-gnome: configure was passed unrecognised
    options: --disable-scrollkeeper --disable-man-pages
    [unknown-configure-option]
