Changelog: =========== - Improve deprecation warning, by showing the correct caller location. - Fix finalizer registration errors on pypi by using a thread-safe sequential number generator instead of relying on object id unicity and timely finalizer triggering. - Check in-dll version when creating Windows wheels.
