zhengruoqin 353aac0c7f netplan: upgrade 0.100 -> 0.101

Refresh the following patch:
0001-dbus-Remove-unused-variabes.patch
0002-Makefile-Exclude-.h-files-from-target-rule.patch

Add 0001-don-t-fail-if-GLOB_BRACE-is-not-defined.patch to solve the
compilation errors on musl.
