Change the SRC_URI to the correct value due to the following error:

WARNING: debootstrap-1.0.132-r0.vr2401 do_fetch: Failed to fetch URL http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/d/debootstrap/debootstrap_1.0.132.tar.gz, attempting MIRRORS if available
