Andre McCurdy 35fe824747 libuv: update 1.10.2 -> 1.11.0 
Also add support for -native, remove redundent definition of S and
rename the file in DL_DIR ( v1.11.0.tar.gz -> libuv-1.11.0.tar.gz ).
