Leon Anavi 38dbdf4b23 python3-web3: Upgrade 5.29.1 -> 5.29.2

Upgrade to release 5.29.2:

- Only thread lock methods attempting to access the cache for the
  caching middleware.
- Socket timeout when pushing a significant amount of data
