Markus Volk 3c1c21ab65 glycin: upgrade 2.1.5 -> 2.2.0

Both cross-compilation patches are part of the release now. Upstream
handles the rust target via meson.is_cross_build() and the rust_target
cross property the recipe already provides.

The 2.2 series is released from main, so follow that branch.
