Leon Anavi 415585aef7 python3-croniter: Upgrade 1.0.9 -> 1.0.10

Upgrade to release 1.0.10:

- Remove external library natsort. Sorting of cron expression
  components now handled with sorted() with a custom key function.

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe
