Andrea Adami 48309c65be redis: fix build for qemuarm disabling atomics

Apply the same patch used for mips.

Fix
  |ld: networking.o: in function `createClient':
  | /usr/src/debug/redis/4.0.8-r0/redis-4.0.8/src/networking.c:93:
     undefined reference to `__atomic_fetch_add_8'
