Martin Jansa 49d7bfd988 cpulimit: fix do_install with multilib 
* fixes:
  DEBUG: Executing shell function do_install
  install: cannot stat 'TOPDIR/.../lib32-cpulimit/0.2-r0/git/src/lib32-cpulimit': No such file or directory
  WARNING: exit code 1 from a shell command.

* drop strange 'g...@' from SRC_URI

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core
with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer
