Khem Raj 5e829d283d libusbgx: uprev git -> 0.3.0 
Move to the tagged libusbgx-v0.3.0 release instead of tracking an
untagged master SHA. Both OE-local patches
(0001-fix-stack-buffer-overflow-in-usbg_f_foo_attr_val-pro.patch and
0001-libusbgx-Add-interface-name-for-NCM-Feature-Descript.patch) are
already merged upstream by this tag, so drop them.

Build-verified for qemux86-64 (do_package_qa green, no patch fuzz).
