Trevor Gamblin fabaf58dab python3-pyhamcrest: add recipe ...

meta-python used to have a recipe for pyhamcrest, but only for python2.
Since it got moved to meta-python2 recently, add an equivalent
python3-pyhamcrest recipe to meta-python.
