Leon Anavi 61039c8bb4 python3-astroid: Upgrade 3.3.4 -> 3.3.5

Upgrade to release 3.3.5:

- Control setting local nodes outside of the supposed local's
  constructor
- Fix Python 3.13 compatibility re: collections.abc
