Wang Mingyu 63fa426735 hiawatha: upgrade 12.1 -> 12.2

* Let's Encrypt script processes variables in Hiawatha configuration.
* Reintroduced ssi-cgi, as requested.
* Small improvements and bugfixes.
* Bugfix: CAcertificates setting didn't work.
