Jackie Huang 1bff71c623 python-pygobject: empty the RDEPENDS for native ...

The RDEPENDS for native package is not needed,
and it will fail since there is no provider for
python-importlib-native:

| ERROR: Nothing RPROVIDES 'python-importlib-native'

so empty the RDEPENDS for native package.
